DIGITAL PRODUCT LICENSE TERMS

These Digital Product License Terms apply to digital products supplied by TinyDigiShop, including coloring pages and books, graphics, clipart, design assets, typography and font files, audio files, applications and other downloadable content.
By purchasing, downloading or using a TinyDigiShop product, you agree to these License Terms. Purchases processed through Gumroad are also subject to the applicable Gumroad checkout terms.
License Grant
TinyDigiShop grants the original purchaser a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to use the purchased product for personal and permitted commercial purposes.
The copyright and ownership of the original product remain with TinyDigiShop or the respective rights holder. Purchasing a product does not transfer copyright or ownership to the purchaser.
Personal Use
You may:
• Download and store the product on your personal devices.
• Print the product for your own use.
• Use the product in personal creative projects.
• Create personal gifts for family and friends.
• Make reasonable backup copies for your own use.
Commercial Use
Unless the individual product description states otherwise, you may use the product to create up to 500 physical or digital end products for sale.
A commercial end product must involve genuine creative work and must be significantly different from the original downloaded file. The original design must be incorporated into a larger finished design, personalized, colored, edited or combined with other elements.
Examples of permitted commercial use include:
• Finished printed products such as cards, posters, journals and craft items.
• Colored or substantially modified artwork.
• Physical products featuring a completed design.
• Print-on-demand products where the original source file cannot be extracted.
• Completed designs created for one client.
• Marketing materials for your own small business.
For more than 500 end products, an extended license or written permission from TinyDigiShop is required.
Prohibited Uses
You may not:
• Resell, share, sublicense, distribute or give away the original files.
• Sell or distribute files that are unchanged or only minimally modified.
• Upload the original files to file-sharing websites, stock libraries, marketplaces or membership platforms.
• Share download links or allow another person to access your customer account.
• Claim the original product or design as your own work.
• Register the product, design or any recognizable part of it as a trademark.
• Use the product in a logo that will be registered as a trademark.
• Include the original files in templates or products that allow customers to extract or edit them.
• Use or upload the files for artificial-intelligence training, machine-learning datasets or generative-AI model development.
• Create, sell or promote NFTs or blockchain-based assets using the product.
• Use the product for unlawful, hateful, defamatory, deceptive or harmful purposes.
Coloring Books and Printable Artwork
Coloring books, coloring pages and printable artwork may be printed for personal use.
Commercial use is permitted only when the artwork has been substantially transformed, for example by original coloring, personalization or incorporation into a new finished design.
Uncolored or minimally altered pages may not be resold, redistributed or offered as printable downloads. Complete books, page collections and original PDF files may never be repackaged or resold.
Graphics, Clipart and Design Assets
Graphics, clipart and design assets may be used in completed designs and physical products, provided that the original files cannot be extracted or reused by the end customer.
You may not sell individual graphics or slightly modified versions as standalone digital files. Digital end products must be flattened and must not provide access to the original source assets.
Fonts and Typography
Fonts may be installed and used by the original purchaser to create completed personal or commercial designs.
Font files may not be shared, transferred, embedded in editable templates or redistributed. Clients, employees or contractors who need to install the font must obtain their own license unless a separate multi-user license is provided.
Audio and Music Files
Audio files may be used in finished projects such as videos, games, podcasts, advertisements and presentations, subject to the limits stated on the relevant product page.
Audio files may not be resold, redistributed or made available as standalone files. You may not register TinyDigiShop audio with YouTube Content ID or any similar rights-management system unless written permission is provided.
Applications and Software
TinyDigiShop applications, including Puzzle Me, are licensed for use by the original purchaser. They are not sold as source code unless the product description expressly states otherwise.
You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, redistribute, resell, sublicense or provide the application as a competing service. You may not remove copyright, branding or ownership notices.
Images or content created or processed with an application may be used commercially if you own or have permission to use all source material involved.
Client Work
You may use a product to create a completed design for a client. The client receives rights only to the completed end product and not to the original TinyDigiShop files.
You may not transfer the original files or this license to a client. A client who needs access to the original files must purchase a separate license.
Attribution
Attribution is not required unless the individual product description states otherwise. Credit to TinyDigiShop is always appreciated.
Refunds and Technical Support
Refunds and technical issues are handled in accordance with the TinyDigiShop Refund Policy and any applicable Gumroad policies.
Please contact [CONTACT EMAIL ADDRESS] if a file is damaged, incomplete, incorrectly described or cannot be downloaded.
Termination
This license automatically ends if you breach these terms. After termination, you must stop using the product and delete all copies in your possession, except completed end products lawfully created before termination.
Liability
Digital products are provided as described on the relevant product page. To the maximum extent permitted by law, TinyDigiShop is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use or inability to use a product.
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer law.
Governing Law
These License Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand, without limiting any mandatory consumer rights that may apply in the customer’s country of residence.
