Gumroad acts as the authorized reseller and merchant of record for products sold through its platform. Gumroad handles checkout, payment processing, applicable indirect taxes, purchase confirmation and digital delivery in accordance with its own terms.

TinyDigiShop does not directly collect or store complete payment-card details entered during Gumroad checkout.
Prices and Taxes
Prices displayed on TinyDigiShop or Gumroad may be changed at any time before purchase. The final price, currency, discounts and applicable taxes shown at Gumroad checkout control the transaction.
You are responsible for reviewing the final order information before completing payment.
Digital Delivery
Digital products are normally delivered through Gumroad by download link, customer library access, email or another method stated at checkout.
You are responsible for providing a correct email address, keeping your purchase receipt and downloading your files within any stated access period.
If you do not receive your product, first check your spam folder and the email address used during checkout. If the problem continues, contact us and include your Gumroad receipt or order number.
Product Licenses
Purchasing a digital product provides a license to use that product; it does not transfer copyright or ownership.

Free Products and Bonuses

Refunds
Refund eligibility is governed by the TinyDigiShop Refund Policy, applicable Gumroad policies and mandatory consumer law.
Because digital products are supplied electronically, refunds are not normally available merely because a customer changes their mind after accessing or downloading the product.
This does not limit rights relating to defective, inaccessible or materially misdescribed products or any other rights that cannot legally be excluded.
